Payment and Refund Policy

Payment terms are 50% deposit with the balance due upon receipt.

During the inquiry/order phase, I will work with you so we can agree upon the size, shape, and design of the cookies. All of the decorating is done by hand so some imperfections are to be expected. This is part of the charm of hand-made cookies!

If you are not satisfied with the final result at pick-up time, I will refund your deposit.
